Does this work? Can you see it?

Yeah, so my latest idea is to have my students create their own listening material (i.e. interview a native speaker) and questions, and put it in a blog. I really don't know how anyone taught English as a Second Language before the Internet was developed!

I can hear it. :) Very clear. As for how they taught ESL, well... they seemed to get along just fine for many long years without the internet while doing it! How did you get along in Russia without it? :) :)

Well, in Russia, I was teaching 3-year olds, and so we didn't get too far past, "Do you want a crayon?" and "I need a pencil." I think I'd be lost trying to prep them for American University given my own resources of whatever I brought with me. :) But thanks.

You're hilarious. :-D Frankly, most of the foreign language students who tried to take my English 115 classes didn't seem to have been taught much more than "I want a crayon" and "I need a pencil," either.
